Define ownership, controls, escalation paths, support expectations, and decision rights.

Automate repeatable work only after the process is understood, trusted, and measurable.

Create standards, validation, documentation, and review loops that prevent regression.

Measure outcomes, learn from incidents, and improve the system without creating unnecessary ceremony.
